Partnership Observation System for the Implementation of Lifelong Learning Initiatives and POlicies
In this framework, POSILLIPO: Partnership Observation System for the Implementation of Lifelong Learning Initiatives and POlicies worked to better understand the building, shaping, sustaining, developing and evolving lifelong learning partnerships and the role of stakeholders in defining, designing, implementing and evaluating policies and initiatives in the field of LLL by:
Setting the research basis to understand the partnership dynamics;
Identifying the role of stakeholders in the policy making cycle (from policy shaping to policy evaluation through the definition and implementation phases) and in the creation and dissemination of innovation in LLL;
Investigating the relationship between formal and informal learning and the need for integration;
Reviewing the policy levels (European, national, regional and local) in which partnerships are built and policies are taking place also considering the respective influence of one level on the others.
The project ran from 1st October 2005 to 30th September 2007
