West Yorkshire NTI e-Learning and the Workforce
Working with the NTI, The MRS Consultancy Ltd's primary role in this Objective 3 project is two fold:
- To modify a skills gap analysis tool
- To quality assure activities within the project around the use of e-learning tools and learner support
- Ensure that as many people as possible undertake tasters/introductory ICT/Pre ECDL courses or similar.
- Work with employers/community groups to ensure that appropriate e-learning materials and methods of delivery are in place.
- Identify ways in which e-learning and ICT based methods of learning may enhance efficiency and productivity and likewise benefit individual employees.
- Support learners who have attended ICT courses and who want to progress to higher levels of skills/qualifications.
