LSC West Yorkshire e-Learning Strategy

As a result of wide consultation the LSC West Yorkshire commissioned The MRS Consultancy Ltd to carry out extensive research into the ICT and e-learning needs of West Yorkshire. This has culminated in the release of an e-learning strategy for the sub-region. It gives clear indications of ways forward for the medium.
